Previously a track famous for givign a rough ride, Jerez was revamped in 2003 when new asphalt was laid. Just a couple of bumps remain - at the Alex Criville corner and the Enzo Ferrari corner - the two fastest turns at the Spanish circuit. There are other high speed corners and teams generally equip equip their riders with hard suspension settings to compensate.
