Rising German star Sebastian Vettel led a Red Bull one-two by winning the British Grand Prix at the Silverstone circuit on June 21, 2009, in Silverstone ahead of teammate Mark Webber.
The 21-year-old Red Bull star led from start to finish and cruised to victory in the British Grand Prix, to claim his third Formula One victory.
Australian Mark Webber finished runner-up, while Brazilian Rubens Rubens Barrichello, in a Brawn GP, finished third. Brawn's championship-leading British driver Jenson Button finished sixth.
Over 100,000 fans packed into Silverstone for what may have been the circuit's final hosting of a Formula One race. Donington Park is due to host the British Grand Prix next year.
